Ordering Saffron Books titles in any quantity from a single copy to multiples is simple and secure.
If you know the title you require, you can:
Order at Saffron Books and Art Online Store. All EAP websites carry links to the online store. If you are a reseller and wish to receiver reseller terms, do not buy at the online store, which does not offer any reseller terms. Instead, contact Saffron at saffron at eapgroup.com or call +44-208-392 1122 and leave a voice or text message. A Saffron Books representative will contact you and take care of the rest.
Order by phone. call EAP's main number +44-208-392 1122 from anywhere and, in the absence of immediate response, leave a clear message, giving a name and telephone number, or leave a text message on this number.
Order by email. There are several options available. 1. Send your query or order to saffron-at- eapgroup.com. A Saffron Books representative will contact you and take the payment. It is a fast, simple and secure method; 2. Send your purchase order, quoting your name and address and a purchase order reference; 3. Send your query and ask for a pro forma invoice before ordering. A Saffron Books representative will contact you and take the payment, or provide you with details for an electronic transfer.

Order at Alibris. Most (but not all) of titles published by Saffron can be ordered from alibris.com. Look out for deals/offers on some of the Saffron titles at alibris.com. Some of the book titles distributed by Saffron as well as some used titles disributed by EAP can also be ordered at alibris.com. All titles distributed or published by Saffron can be odered directly from EAP, via email, fax or phone, and from EAP Saffron Online store.
Book Search. Saffron offers a global book search and delivery at a nominal charge, which is added to the order value.
Additional Notes on Ordering and Delivery
Saffront book titles, if in stock, are dispatched within three working days and depending on the delivery option chosen can take one to five weeks. Titles that are not yet available can also be preordered. To preorder a title or query its availability, contact Saffron at saffron-at-eapgroup.com.
All orders from booksellers must be accompanied by a purchase order reference and, in the case of booksellers in the European Union, orders must be accompanied by a VAT number. Orders must be prepaid by electronic transfer or PayPal in the absence of a credit account.
Individuals and Institutions
In the first instance, check EAP Saffron Books Catalogue and Saffron Books and Art Online Store for all titles, including those distributed by Saffron Distribution but published by other publishers.
Alternatively, Saffron offers downloadable order forms that can be printed and faxed back. Delivery upon receipt of faxed orders is relatively fast. This is a secure method of ordering books.

Institutional book buyers and booksellers can also use the same methods to order books or query price, availability and trade discounts. Booksellers can order directly via e-mail. Prepayment is required in the absence of a credit account.
